• Medical Data: Medical history, test results, X-rays, diagnosis reports, and photographs required by destination clinics to evaluate your case.
Note: We do NOT collect or store any online payment information (such as credit card details) as no online payments are processed through our platform.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to provide our medical facilitation services:
• To share your medical files with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to get treatment plans and cost estimates.
• To assist with travel arrangements, visas, and accommodation coordination.
• To communicate with you regarding your treatment and travel plans.

Currently, our primary method of communication and data transfer is WhatsApp.
• By sending your personal and medical data to us via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that your data is subject to the Privacy Policy and security terms of WhatsApp (Meta).
• We strongly advise against sending highly sensitive information if you are not comfortable with WhatsApp's security protocols. You may use features like "Disappearing Messages" for added privacy.

We treat your medical data with strict confidentiality. We only share your information with:
• Healthcare Providers: Doctors and clinics in the destination country who will review your case and provide treatment.
• Travel Partners: (If applicable) Airlines or hotels strictly for booking purposes, using only your identity data, not medical data.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to complete your medical trip and post-operative follow-up. Since data is currently managed via WhatsApp, we rely on the security of the devices used by our staff and the encryption provided by WhatsApp.

• Request the deletion of your medical and personal chat history from our WhatsApp business accounts.
