Welcome to Oxin Surgery. By utilizing our services, communicating with us via WhatsApp, or proceeding with any medical travel arrangements through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Oxin Surgery acts exclusively as a medical tourism facilitator. We connect patients with hospitals, clinics, and doctors in the destination country and assist with travel logistics. We are an intermediary agency, not a healthcare provider.
3. Medical Disclaimer
• No Medical Advice: Oxin Surgery does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatments. Any information provided by us is for logistical and coordination purposes only.
• No Medical Liability: The ultimate responsibility for your medical treatment lies solely with the healthcare provider (doctor, clinic, or hospital) in the destination country. Oxin Surgery is not liable for any medical errors, malpractice, complications, or unsatisfactory outcomes related to your surgery or treatment.
4. Communication via WhatsApp
As our primary method of communication and document transfer is WhatsApp:
• You consent to sharing your personal and medical information through this third-party platform.
• Oxin Surgery is not liable for any data breaches, technical failures, or privacy issues originating from the WhatsApp (Meta) platform itself.
5. Cost Estimates and Payments
• Estimates Only: Any price quotes or cost estimates provided by Oxin Surgery via WhatsApp are preliminary and based on remote evaluations. Final costs are determined by the clinic/doctor only after an in-person physical examination.
• No Online Payments: Oxin Surgery does not process any online payments. All medical fees are to be paid directly to the healthcare provider or through agreed offline channels in the destination country.
6. Travel, Visas, and Accommodation
While we assist in coordinating your travel plans:
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport and meet all visa requirements for the destination country.
• Oxin Surgery is not responsible for visa rejections, flight cancellations, travel delays, or any additional costs incurred due to travel disruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxin Surgery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our facilitation services, travel disruptions, or medical treatments received.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Iran.
